Most people do not know how to get in touch with this invisible realm until something happens, often traumatic, that triggers a change.

However, you don’t have to be in that category.

The benefit of Shadow work prompts can be that you get clarity about what no longer serves you and what needs to change so that you can live a more fulfilling life.

The Shadow Work Journal is a way to organize your thoughts and feelings when you are writing down anything that comes up for you when doing the exercises.

The benefit of this journal can be clarity about what areas in your life need healing and support so that you know where to put your energy and effort, which overall helps with self-healing.

Although the Shadow Work Journal is a brief journal, sometimes it feels like there’s just too much going on and so many words flying out of your head that you can barely write them down fast enough.

The benefit of using the Shadow Work prompts can be to prompt you to get some basic thoughts and feelings out about something, so that you don’t have to keep going back and forth in your journal.

When you are doing the shadow work exercises, I recommend that you do them in a calm and quiet place.

Being relaxed and comfortable can help with having clarity about what no longer serves you which is part of self-healing.

It’s best to decide on when during the day to do your Shadow Work, since writing down thoughts and feelings can take some time.

Remember that you are doing this to help yourself and not for anyone else, so if need be, do it at night when everyone is sleeping or during your lunch break.
